Exchange & Refunds

We customize our products to match your needs. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you find that there is a defect or quality issue in the products shipped to you, or if you want to change the size, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery. If the item is unworn with all original tags and packaging intact then we will consider replacing it for you. Please note that we will send you the same item, no exceptions. For items replaced because of a defect we will pay the shipping costs of sending the item back to us and for re-sending the replacement to you. In all other situations it is your responsibility to pay shipping charges.

If you wish to cancel your order you need to notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
